Very helpful people. The room was absolutely great and the breakfast despite being served in the room was extensive and hot
Parking is a bit tricky, get there early

The whole experience was relaxed and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and all the facilities were as advertised. The staff could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Within easy walking distance to the centre of Bath. Polite, friendly and helpful owners. Bedroom and bathroom very good and spacious. King size, four poster bed extremely comfortable, and we loved the idea of having a nicely cooked breakfast served to the room...A Discrete knock at the door, open up, and voila! As if by magic there is a big tray full of delicious food.

Simply excellent in every mean - and the best is the personal touch and a lot of small courtesies that made it real luxury - we've had a great time.

We went away for my husbands 40th birthday and the bath house was absolutely amazing ! Couldn't fault a thing and I'm finding it hard to pick one thing that I liked about it as everything was at a 5* standard

Fresh milk in the fridge, soft towels, large bed with cotton sheets, good location just off the main centre, quiet, air conditioning, could book in whenever we wanted with their coded door entry system, on-site parking
Only fairly minor things were that the curtains were not thick enough and we couldn't sleep past 4.30 am and there was no breakfast room so the breakfast was not that hot by the time it got to us.

The comfortable bed and luxurious bed linen and the air conditioning. Also we liked breakfast being served in the privacy of your own room.

Very friendly, helpful staff, lovely room with comfortable bed and bedding, huge bath and shower, reasonably central (we were very tired, which made the walk seem longer than it was - only 10 mins on foot to the heart of Bath). We liked that the hotel had some individuality - I previously stayed in the Best Western, which was very central and reasonably comfortable, but suffered from big chain blandness....The Bath House gives you a nice cooked breakfast (if you want) on a tray in your room. We liked this, and the privacy to eat it in our pyjamas - and stay in bed until the moment it arrived. In my view, all Bath hotels are expensive - this one was great value for what it was and compared very well with other options I looked at. Strongly recommend!

locatiion great, fantastic to have breakfast in the room also a fridge with fresh milk i didn't have to go asking for more small cartons!! it was very tastefully decorated and free parking
we were on ground floor at the front for me personally it was too noisy first thing i do like it to be very quiet and dark and the light also came through the side and top of curtains around 4am this may not bother most people but it did me waking me up only a minor thing but no biscuits on hospitality tray ? why

Danielle and Alessandro were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and served in our room, which was large enough to have a table and chairs. The room was decorated and finished to a high standard and was in a great location for the city centre. A very comfortable bed with lovely fresh bed linen and a great bathroom. A well stocked tea tray and a little fridge and wine glasses and tumblers, should you need them. Free parking, important in a city centre stay. All in all, a very pleasant stay, highly recommended!
Having to leave!
